Child Receives 3DS Porn for Christmas

A father from Lakewood, California entered a Gamestop to purchase a used 3DS for his 5 year old son for Christmas, sadly he got more than he could have ever imagined.  The young boy was using the camera application on the device and asked his older brother to help him delete some photos off of the device, what he found was 9 pornographic images that had been taken by the previous owner.  Gamestop had failed to check the devices photos application before reselling it causing these kids to be emotionally scarred.

To make up for this huge mistake they gave him a brand new 3DS and some games.  The father understandably is furious stating, "You can't unsee this.  He's not going to forget about this tomorrow."  No statement has been made confirming if a law suit will come of this, but remember for future reference that if you buy used electronics check the photo gallery before giving them to your children to be safe.
