Facebook Timeline still Coming?

With the impending launch of Facebook's new Timeline profile a law suit was filed against the Social Networking giant.  A company called Timeline out of Chicago says that the release of Timeline on Facebook will destroy the original company called Timeline.  So, the release is being delayed and there is no release date confirmed.

Timeline on Facebook has some good features.  Like the cover photo, but it also makes everything so crowded that it's ugly.  I guess we will see what Mark Zuckerberg has in mind next.
