Pokemon X/Y Review

Pokemon is a series that is 2nd to none.  It's very popular and a blast to play for gamers of all ages.  This is said to be the largest leap forward in the main Pokemon series ever.  

The Good

• Beautiful graphics
• hours of gameplay
• over 700 pokemon to collect
• Customize your character
• New ways to play and battle
• Beautiful soundtrack
• Large world with secrets everywhere

The Bad

• No secret bases, house customization, etc.
• Post game was too short
• Not enough places to train

The Verdict

Pokemon X/Y made many steps forward and sadly a few steps back by removing the secret bases and having a much smaller post game than black 2/white 2.  Graphically this game does not disappoint however.  This is the best Pokemon has looked and sounded since Pokemon Battle Revolution on the Wii, but with a full adventure tied to it.  All in all not enough was wrong to drop this games perfect score.
